Year of the Tiger!

It's Valentines Day in Oklahoma so of course we have...SNOW!!! It was 60 degrees yesterday and 30 today. At least we left all of the indoor chores for the snow day. It is also the Chinese New Year, Year of the Tiger. Thursday offered to pose in his best white tiger imitation. I think he nailed it! Hope you all have love and cuddly tigers in your life!

Happy Birthday, Debbie!!!

Today is my sister's 49th birthday! She doesn't have a blog, facebook, a computer, or even a cellphone, but I am sending out good wishes anyhow. (I did send a card!)

We are expecting another round of snow tomorrow. It has been a difficult winter all the way around. I may watch Groundhog Day later on to cheer me up.

Scoped and Scraped

Technology is so wonderful that the pic you are looking at is the INSIDE of my knee! I had the arthroscopic surgery this morning and the fantastic doctor discovered what she suspected, a piece of cartilage had broken off under the knee cap and was causing the pain. She scraped it off and smoothed up the kneecap. I am feeling much better than I thought I would, but she gave me some pretty good meds! I am out of school for today and tomorrow. I don't even need crutches. She wants to see me on the 17th and then we will see about walking and bicycling.
